Support and availability

TrueProps is run by a small team, and we’d rather tell you what that means than let you guess.

What’s automated. Checks run continuously across the projection pipeline, and failures alert us directly. Each day’s board is built and scored on a schedule, and the system tells us when a job doesn’t complete.

What isn’t. There’s no overnight on-call. If something breaks at 2am, we’ll most likely see it in the morning.

When something is wrong, we say so. If a day’s projections are missing or a data source is down, the affected page will tell you — we won’t leave a blank board looking like a quiet day.
