Cancellation policy

Last updated: 2026-08-13

Short version: you cancel yourself, from your billing page, in about two clicks. It takes effect immediately, you keep access until the period you already paid for ends, and nobody tries to talk you out of it.

1. Current status

TrueProps is in beta and no paid plans are being sold today — every account has full access at no charge, so there is nothing to cancel yet. This page is published in advance so the terms are settled before anyone is asked to pay. If you simply want your account gone, section 4 covers that and works now.

2. How to cancel

Sign in, open your billing settings, and choose to cancel. The control is on the same screen as your plan — you will not have to hunt for it, and if we ever show you an offer to stay, the cancel control stays visible next to it on that same screen.

What cancelling will never require:

  • Calling or emailing anyone
  • A live chat session
  • Signing in again, or re-entering a password
  • Solving a CAPTCHA
  • Giving a reason before the cancel button works
  • Waiting for us to approve it

If any of that is ever untrue in the product, that is a defect and we want to hear about it — support@trueprops.app.

3. What happens next

  • You are not charged again.
  • Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off mid-month.
  • We confirm on screen and by email, including the date access ends.
  • There is no cancellation fee.
  • Partial periods are not refunded — see the refund policy.
  • You can come back later. Your bet log and bankroll history are kept unless you ask us to delete the account.

4. Deleting your account entirely

Cancelling a plan and deleting an account are different things, and you can do either without the other. Account deletion is self-serve from your account settings in the app: it signs you out everywhere immediately, and the record is removed after a short grace period in case the click was a mistake.

You can also export your data — your account, bets, and bankroll records — from the same screen, before or instead of deleting.

What we keep after a deletion, and for how long, is described in the Privacy Policy. Some billing records have to be retained for tax and accounting purposes even after an account is gone.

5. If we cancel

We may end an account for the reasons listed in the Terms of Service— for example, attempts to break the service or to resell the data behind it. If we end a paid account for anything other than a breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the period.
